Welcome to Tidence Labs (hereinafter referred to as "this website" or "we"). This website is an original software showcase platform, product distribution channel, and related technical service platform created by Tidence Labs. To ensure clear intellectual property rights and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties, we have formulated this copyright statement. 1.1 Tidence Labs independently owns and retains the full copyright of all content on this website, including but not limited to: the overall website structure, page layout design, textual content, image and graphic materials, audio and video materials, front-end and back-end source code, database structure and data content, interactive design elements, and all other components that constitute the website.

1.2 All software products displayed, distributed, and provided on this website (including but not limited to screen recording software, system optimization tools, data processing tools, office productivity tools, multimedia processing applications, etc., under the Tidence brand) are primarily developed by the Tidence Labs technical team. We solemnly declare that all core architectural designs, main functional modules, business logic implementations, and user interface designs, among other key elements, are original works, and Tidence Labs enjoys full intellectual property rights to them.

1.3 During the software development process, we may, in strict compliance with open-source licenses, use some rigorously selected third-party open-source components to meet development efficiency and technical requirements. The use of these open-source components fully complies with their original licensing agreements (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, LGPL, GPL, etc.). The copyrights of these open-source components belong to their original authors, and Tidence Labs hereby expresses sincere gratitude for the contributions of the open-source community.

1.4 Elements such as the unique names, distinctive icons, interface design styles, functional implementations, source code, algorithm innovations, user manuals, technical documentation, and help files of each software product are fully protected by the "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Computer Software Protection Regulations," and other relevant intellectual property laws and regulations. No organization or individual may use them without authorization.

1.5 "Tidence," "Tidence Labs," and related graphical trademarks have been registered domestically and internationally. All software product logos and commercial identifiers are registered trademarks of Tidence Labs and are protected by trademark law. No unit or individual may use them without written permission.

2. Scope of Rights and Licensing

2.1 Tidence Labs reserves all intellectual property rights to its proprietary software products, including but not limited to:

  • Copyrights to source code, object code, and related patent rights;
  • Core technologies such as original algorithm designs, data structure arrangements, and architectural design solutions;
  • Unique expressions such as user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) design, and interaction logic design;

  • Commercial rights such as trademark rights, naming rights, and image rights of the software products.

2.2 For the use of open-source components, Tidence Labs strictly complies with the corresponding open-source license agreements and provides copyright notices and license texts in the relevant product documents as required. Users must also comply with the license terms of these open-source components when using the related software.

2.3 Without explicit written authorization from Tidence Labs, no organization or individual may engage in the following activities:

  • Copying, modifying, adapting, translating, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the software;
  • Creating derivative works or conducting secondary development based on our software;
  • Using the software for commercial purposes or engaging in bulk distribution, sales, leasing, licensing, or other similar activities;
  • Removing, altering, or destroying copyright notices, trademark identifiers, technical protection measures, or digital rights management information in the software;
  • Infringing upon Tidence Labs' intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests in any way;
  • Using the software for any illegal, non-compliant, or reputation-damaging purposes.

3. Open-Source Component Usage Explanation

3.1 Tidence Labs adheres to the principle of combining technological innovation with compliant usage during the development process. For all open-source components used, we conduct rigorous technical evaluations and legal compliance reviews to ensure their licenses are compatible with our business model.

3.2 The open-source components we use mainly fall into the following categories:

  • Basic frameworks: such as UI frameworks, network frameworks, and database frameworks;
  • Functional components: such as specific algorithm implementations, file format processing, and multimedia codecs;
  • Tool libraries: such as utility function libraries, graphics processing libraries, and system interface libraries;

9.2 If any provision of this statement is deemed invalid due to conflict with laws and regulations, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

9.3 This statement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court in the location of Tidence Labs for resolution.

Tidence Labs reserves all rights. The final interpretation and revision rights of this statement belong to Tidence Labs.
